Right from the get go I knew Mike was the one who would find us our home. He answered the phone when others failed. He sounded very enthusiastic and eager to show us homes. He was honest and truthful about the homes we looked at and he would tell us the pros and cons in helping us make our decision in making the right selection. I found him to be a very caring and giving broker. If you select him you will find him easy going with a great sense of humor which makes the arduous task of house hunting fun and easy. Mike hit the ground running after learning of our desires in finding the right house. We were so wishy washy in our specific needs that he helped us make our own decisions based on providing the specific details regarding the houses we looked at and the locations. We changed our mind so many times, but Mike remained patient no matter how far we were into the deal as he always made sure that we would not suffer a financial loss. We finally found the house we wanted. A plus with Mike was his knowledge of so many people in the professional business from banking to all other aspects regarding a house such as inspections, electricians, plumbers, roofers, landscapers.
